Protect your peace,
reject the pressure to force change if you don’t have the mental space to work towards progress at this time. Make positive change when you are ready, not because a calendar tells you it is time.
It’s not the end of the world if you have not achieved all of your goals this year.
It’s okay to treat yourself without feeling guilty.
It’s important not to compare yourself to others on social media.
If you make resolutions, make them about how you will focus on loving yourself this year. Don’t force yourself to look upto the society’s unrealistic beauty standards.
